Most pastors begin their ministry with goal of becoming a man of God. God is their focus, and the 'man' they are is secondary.
Unfortunately, many often become a Man of god, or Mog. "Capital G" God becomes "little g" god, and the Man himself becomes his focus.
I've heard it said often that 'everyone is following someone'. In the case of the Mog, the Someone they're following is usually Themselves...
